We will be having a fraction quiz on Friday May 29.

Quiz will consist of all questions done in class and worksheets. 

Topics are: 

- compare and order fractions

-improper and mixed fractions

- parts of a whole

-sets of a fraction

Chocolate Bar Wrapper Assignment

As part of our novel study, we are going to design our own chocolate bar!

Chocolate Bar Wrapper Criteria

• ·      New name for your chocolate bar
• ·      Milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate
• ·      Ingredients on the back of your wrapper
• ·      Colour your chocolate wrapper

Science and Social Studies Quiz

We will be having the following quizzes this week:

Science- Sound definition on April 30 (Thursday)

• fill in the blanks/ matching  (with word bank)

Social Studies- Inuit Clothing on May 1 (Friday)

• fill in the blanks (with word bank)

Division quiz

We will be having a division quiz on April 22.

Quiz will consist of: 2 long division, division with remainder, matching (quotient, dividend, divisor) and word problem 

A review sheet will be going home on Monday April 20.

Date Change for Final Draft

Final Draft for the design process for the Sound unit will be changed to April 15.

After we finish the final draft, students are welcome to begin building their instrument at home.
